'A Summer Place' (7 The Drive) has all the comforts of a modern home and a lovely seaside feel the moment you walk through the door.

• Fully equipped kitchen with an oven/grill, hob, microwave and fridge etc.
• The lounge/diner is light and airy, tastefully decorated with coastal hues.  It has a table and four chairs, comfortable sofas, flat screen TV with DVD/CD player and Freeview (Smart TV).

BEDROOMS

Sleeping four people in two bedrooms.  

• One double.
• One twin bedroom.

SHOWER ROOM

• Large walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.

ENTERTAINMENT

• Flat screen TV with DVD/CD player and Freeview (Smart TV).
• Books and games.

OUTDOOR SPACE

• South facing patio area to the front of the bungalow with garden furniture, ideal for sharing a glass of wine at the end of the day.
• Free parking.

NOTES

• Bed linen is provided and beds are made up for your arrival.
• Bath mat, tea towel and oven gloves are provided.
• The bungalow has electric heaters. Electricity is provided via meter cards which are available to purchase.  
• Not suitable for persons of restricted mobility due to the steps leading up to the property.
• No smoking in the property.
• This is a self catering holiday.  We recommend you arrange holiday insurance.

DOG WELCOME

• By arrangement, one well behaved dog is allowed to stay at the bungalow for a small additional charge. Please let us know at the booking stage if you'd like to bring your dog. 
• Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be kept on a lead at all times.  
• Do not leave dogs alone in the bungalow.

CHECK-IN/OUT

• Check-in: 4pm.
• Check-out: by 10am.
